Whoops!
Fell behind a bit for Bloganuary so I’ll try to catch up on a few topics in one post.
Day 22 – What was your dream job as a child?
With my love for the water, I wanted to be an oceanographer. I find our oceans absolutely fascinating and there is so much we don’t know.
Day 23 – What’s a lie you tell yourself?
- I don’t need to write that down, I’ll remember it.
- I’ll just stop at the gas station in the morning on my way to work.
- I’m keeping these jeans because I plan to fit into them again.
Day 24 – How do you show love?
Doing things for others that will sincerely help them or make their lives easier. Giving gifts that require thought and prove that you really know and listen to them.
Day 25 – What is a song or poem that speaks to you and why?
Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening by Robert Frost. The woods are gorgeous when dusted by a fresh snowfall! I can totally resonate with this poem. And the darkest evening of the year.. I can just feel the peaceful, spooky tranquility of being in the woods on a winter night. And has a better line been written than “The woods are lovely dark and deep..”?
