As much as I love Halloween, I wasn’t really feeling it until I saw this post from Kim at Chimmyville. I decided to partake and this restored my Halloween spirit. Thank you Kim!!

Dead Man’s Party – Oingo Boingo
2.) Name something you wouldn’t want to run into in a dark forest or in an abandoned building?
A meth head.
3.) Have you ever played with an Ouija Board?
Yes, in middle school.
4.) Favourite horror monster or villain?
Pennywise
5.) The creepiest thing that’s ever happened to you while you were alone?
Hearing footsteps going up (or down?) my stairs right behind me as I was sitting on the couch.
6.) If you were dared to spend a night in a haunted house would you do it?
In a group of serious people, yes.
7.) Are you superstitious?
No.
8.) Do you see figures in your peripheral vision?
Actually yes, more lately.
9.) Which urban legend scares you the most?
Blair Witch type stuff. Anything the haunts the woods.
10.) Do you prefer gores or thrillers?
I liked gory flicks when I was younger, not anymore! Thrillers for sure.
11.) Do you believe in multiple dimensions or worlds?
Yes.
12.) Ever made a potion of some sort?
No.
13.) Do you get scared easily?
No.
14.) Have you ever played Bloody Mary?
Yes.
15.) Do you believe in demons/the devil?
Yes.
16.) You’re home alone and hear footsteps in your house, what do you do?
This actually happened, see #5. LOL If it happened again, I’d speak aloud to it and record using my phone.
17.) If you got trapped in one scary movie, which would you choose?
Christine.
18.) If you could wear one Halloween costume for the rest of your life, what will you be?
Carrie.
19.) Would you ever go to a graveyard at night?
Yes.
20.) In a zombie apocalypse what would be your weapon of choice?
A sword like Michonne. Do more damage from farther away.
21.) Would you rather go to a Halloween party or trick or treating?
Halloween party.
22.) You’re in a horror movie. Are you the final girl, the first to die, the comic relief, the sceptic, the smart one, or the killer?
Probably the first to die. LOL
23.) Do you have to watch something happy after watching a horror movie so you can go to sleep?
No.
24.) Whilst watching scary movies, are you the person who yells at the characters, the person with their eyes covered the whole time or the person who falls asleep?
Eyes covered. I even have a pair of scary movie glasses.
25.) Are you the one who gets scared, or the one who does the scaring?
Gets scared.
26.) Favourite scary book?
The Amityville Horror by Jay Anson. Hoax or not, scared the hell out of me.
27.) How old were you when you saw your first horror movie?
7 or so.
28.) What was your first Halloween costume?
An elf. I didn’t like it because everyone else had scary costumes, so I assumed I was the scare-ee. I was 5.
29.) What are you going to be for Halloween this year?
A witch. I know, not original.
30.) If you could have a spooky Halloween pet (black cat, owl, bat, rat, wolf), what would you pick?
Black cat. I had an amazing house panther that I miss so much.

I’m also quite fond of Pennywise. I’ve seen The Amityville Horror film adaptation but sadly never read the book. I loved the movie. I’ll definitely have to add this to my TBR!
