I’m a almost a third of the way through the NaBloPoMo daily blogging challenge for November, also finishing the last ten days of the October challenge. It’s been a great exercise so far, and I think it’s taught exactly what I expected it to – creativity!
It’s brainstorming, all the time. It’s reaching out for interesting topics on a daily basis, when most of the time, life isn’t always interesting. Committing to composing a decent blog post causes you to look at things at a different angle. It’s the same with photography. Not only do you shoot what catches your eye, sometimes you need to get creative, look beneath the surface of things to find what becomes a great shot.
How are you doing so far? What have you learned?
Overall, I’m not doing too bad with NaBloPoMo. A few mediocre posts already unfortunately but being able to interact with other bloggers and see what others are up to makes up for it. It’s definitely not easy, that’s for sure. As for what I’ve learned…*warning: shameless plug ahead*: See link below. =)
Best of luck to you on the rest of the challenge!
