Well, stick a fork in this pepper! We made it! Congrats to my fellow peppers for coming along with me for Nano Poblano 2022. I’ve enjoyed visiting your blogs and thank you for visiting mine. Thank you also to Rarasaur and Bill Friday for your efforts in hosting this challenge! I’m especially happy to complete this challenge since November was a rather busy month, wrapping things up before I go out. Many of my posts were weekly and not original topics but it’s writing nonetheless.
My hip surgery went well yesterday but boy am I feeling it today. I expected soreness, but I swear it wasn’t this bad last time. But, I did confirm with the hospital that the pain and bruising is to be expected so that is a relief. For a while there this morning I thought something was really wrong as the pain was off the charts.
Above is a photo of my poblano that I brought inside 30 days ago. He’s still alive, thought I don’t know how much bigger he’ll get. He’s still my Nano Poblano!
If you’ve enjoyed following me on this challenge, please feel free to follow or subscribe via email. I’d love to stay in touch.
I’m delighted to hear your surgery is done, Kathleen. It can only get better from here!
Yes! I’m on the home stretch. Thank you!
HUrray, the hard part is done. I’ve been through 2 knees and 2 hips with my husband- the bionic man (no, he does not look like Lee Majors), and I say the hip recovery was the fastest and gave him immediate relief. Good luck
I’ve heard hips are easier to recover from. Incredible what modern medicine can do. I’m so thankful.
Congratulations on a successful blogging month and on a successful surgery!!! Sending good thoughts. Let the healing begin 💜🙏💜
Thank you Dinah! So happy to be on the road to recovery!
Hooray for surgery being done, and also finishing Nano Poblano! Cheers! 🌶❤️
