Planning a New Year

Nov 16, 2022

Hmmph. (folding arms and pouting)

I’ve missed A LOT this year, due to my hip pain. I can’t even believe how many things popped up this summer and fall that I could not participate in because of my limited mobility. Today, I learned of yet another event in being planned in December with my work folk that I won’t be able to attend. It’s been pretty upsetting to say the least.

I told my husband today that I could write an entire lengthy blog post just SEETHING over everything I’ve missed this year. But knowing things can always be worse and knowing just how much I have to be thankful for, I didn’t want to go the route of Debbie Downer. We then both together had the same idea. Instead of complaining, (OK, I already have, a little) take everything I’ve missed, turn it around and make it a bucket list for 2023.  So here I go!  Here is everything I (have FREAKING MISSED OUT on) plan to do in 2023:

So yeah, all of the above are things I’d have done in September, October, November and December had I not been sidelined by this nonsense. As the sun sets on 2022, I can’t WAIT to put this behind me and make 2023 an epic year.
