Hello and welcome to this week’s Ten Things of Thankful, or #TToT. Here is the home of Ten Things of Thankful with all the details about #TToT and the linky to join the blog hop. Gratitude is so powerful. What are you thankful for?
- First and foremost, our VETERANS on this Veterans Day in the US! Thank you for your service to our country and all you have sacrificed.
- My health. My EKG and bloodwork came back fine and my PCP cleared me for surgery. I wasn’t anticipating any issues, but it’s one more hurdle I’ve gotten over.
- Our freedom to vote. Our polling location is very close (we’d have walked it if I were able) and everyone was peaceful.
- My awesome employer who gives us gubernatorial and presidential elections days as a corporate holiday.
- My awesome work family whom I miss dearly. Our laughter-filled “Connect and Catch Up” Teams meetings that we have monthly.
- Having a dear friend who checks in on me to ask if I need anything from the grocery store.
- Plans next weekend with more dear friends.
- My husband winning an eBay bid for a 1970 Kawasaki Avenger. It was his first bike, and the first bike he remembers riding with his Dad. More to come.
- My cowboy candy made it safely to AZ and was well received (more on that in this week’s coffee share post).
- I have more work to wrap up before I go out, and I’m thankful for the confidence it will all come together. It always does.
