My gratitude list includes:
- To have found the part we need that failed on our dishwasher. It will be here Saturday.
- For an extremely handy husband to fix our dishwasher.
- Nail Night with a dear friend (above photo). We did our nails for Thanksgiving from Color Street.
- Looking forward to a visit tomorrow night with a dear friend (from FOURTH GRADE!) and her husband. The four of us have a ball together.
- To have gotten through another work hurdle causing me anxiety as the days wind down to my medical leave.
- Going through some boxes from my parent’s house, finding my Dad’s ID card from Ford, and my grandmother’s death certificate. Not butterflies and rainbows, but I’m glad these items were located.
- My 18th straight blog post for Nano Poblano 2022! I lasted longer than I thought.
- Connecting with several new bloggers on Twitter today and all the linkups I’ve found there. (I’m @howelltracks – let’s connect!)
- Snow flurries! I’ve LOVED seeing them for some reason this year. Normally, I’m indifferent. And, knowing I can’t ride my snowmobile until at LEAST February. But for some reason it’s stirred excitement this year seeing the snow fall.
- My December TBR list! Secret Santa, The Turn of the Screw, and several books about Krampus.
Your post made me so happy to read! I don’t have a clever comment, but I liked seeing your nails! I feel like the holiday season is all stirred up here. So happy you found that dishwasher part and your husband could get the thing fixed in no time. Happy about your time with your friend from 4th grade. I have one of those! But she lives across country so I can say I am jelly about that 😉 Happy connecting with you!
