About a week and a half ago I received my first Night Worms subscription box – October! Now that the unboxing posts have hit the ether, I felt it was time to share my joy in this creepy little bundle.

Two books! Hex Life, which appears to be a collection of short stories (my favorite!) by several authors and Blood Sugar, by Daniel Kraus.  Both of these titles were prompts in the Hex Education photo challenge on Instagram, which now make more sense.

Books - Hex Life and Blood Sugar

My twinsies, who have yet to be named, helped me go through my haul.

I enjoyed seeing a preview of others work, such as Rites of Extinction, Slash and The Pale White. It also included a poem, The Practice of Conjuring, by Stephanie Wytovich, a signed bookplate by Daniel Kraus, a Hex Education pin and a few tarot cards!

The Witch’s Brew tea smells amazing, as do the tealights!  Probably my favorite item of all. I can’t even describe the scent – it is addicting!  Check out getfictional.com!

I love the sticker from Frecklefox Illustrations!

Pretty happy with my first box!  And, my October Creepy Crate arrived on Saturday!  I’ll wait a bit before sharing that goodness.

Thanks for reading!
