Reading
I finished Dead Mountain and I have several things to Google! Wow. Infrasound and katabatic winds, in particular. The wikipedia page is also quite comprehensive.
On the Kindle I downloaded You Must Not Miss, by Katrina Leno. A different kind of genre, for me, but I’m enjoying it.
Today I’ll spend some time catching up on The Ballroom, by Marquita Scott.

Watching
Haven’t really turned on the TV in the past several weeks – the evening have been so nice, I’ve spent them in the backyard, just taking in the cool breezes and waiting for the bats to flutter by.
Today I’ll spend time writing and also catching up on some work for the week. It’s overcast and dreary so I won’t be tempted to abandon my responsibilities and bask in the sun outside.

Listening
I’m surprised at how many good songs I’ve discovered at the grocery store! Thank God for Google’s “What’s this song?” My new favorite, courtesy of Kroger, is Crutch, by Band of Horses.
I also found Watch Me, by Zookeper, at Planet Fitness.. 🙂
I love having extra time to read during the summer! I can easily spend hours at my balcony, or in a park, or at a cafe reading. Its usually easiest to coordinate sitting at the balcony so that is my spot 🙂 I am currently reading a very interesting novel about a teacher surviving the A-bomb in Nagasaki. I hope your new week is as lovely as this week have been (judging from your positive post.)
Aw, Maria, you sweet soul.. Thanks for commenting as I blow the dust off my blog again! I hope you are having a great summer. I’m again blessed with a gorgeous evening, I’ll probably sit out here way too late. Your book sounds like an interesting read.. Non-fiction?
