It’s Weekly Rewind! Can we rewind it back to Wednesday afternoon and have four days off again? And maybe I can be a bit more careful and avoid my ankle injury.
It’s been so nice to have this time off. My house has never been cleaner. I finished a book and now down to the last book in my challenge. Right now I’m reading Your 3 Best Super Powers by Sonia Choquette. I will admit, I chose shorter ones in order to meet my goal (not brochure length)! In 2018 I have some longer ones I want to read, so I may adjust my goal from 20 to 15. I admire those with reading goals of 50+ books. How do you do it? Wow. Next up is You Know They’re Here by Paul J. Kenyon. Muahahahahaha…
We also watched several good movies, Christmas Vacation of course and a Netflix movie, Death Note. It was pretty good – spooky, suspenseful, even funny at times. Tonight we will likely wind down and MAY take in the final episode of Longmire. (crying)
I’m debating cancelling cable as it’s spiked through the friggin roof. I probably still will, sometime soon. I hate to lose the channels I do watch though. And, we’re anxiously awaiting season 4 of Better Call Saul! Sigh.. I guess there are always ways of catching shows later. We have Netflix and Roku, I’m sure we’ll survive somehow. 🙂
Well, it’s 6pm and I have no idea what’s for dinner. I need to make a plan for the week to attempt damage control from the holiday goodness.
GRATITUDE
Fun times with family this past week. A job to go to tomorrow. My swollen foot is going down and I can walk on it. And a tidy office/studio in which to work on photos this week.

Thanks for rewinding again. Always happy to see you in #DSFWeeklyRewind. I, too, wish the long weekend could continue. I also struggle with my Goodreads challenge, and mine is only 12 a year at this point. 😉
I like your gratitude list. Always something to be thankful for.
Happy week! See you this weekend!
