Foggy trees

  1. A spooky foggy October morning that gave way to another sunny Saturday!
  2. A successful load of laundry done after Bill snaked our laundry room drain. No more wet sock surprise. For now.
  3. A never ending To Be Read (TBR) list of books, my beloved Kindle Paperwhite, and Libby, the app that allows me to borrow e-books from both my libraries, here and out west.
  4. Finding a really good book that helps to understand some of life’s challenges. And being able to recommend it to someone it will hopefully help.
  5. My awesome neighbor and her kids. If you have good neighbors you are LUCKY.
  6. Bill surprising me with another bag of New Mexico pinon firewood.  It smells HEAVENLY.
  7. October days full of color against a blue sky. We’ve had several weeks of really nice weather for this time of year.
  8. Another week of work with several successfully extinguished fires.
  9. My building excitement for Nano Poblano!  I hope I can keep up the momentum for the month of November.
  10. To be able to gift a Christmas tree to a family in need. I so wish I could go to the Christmas Tree Ship event this year, but it will be nice to participate in this way.
