Hello and welcome to this week’s Ten Things of Thankful, or #TToT. Here is the home of Ten Things of Thankful with all the details about #TToT and the linky to join the blog hop. Gratitude is so powerful. What are you thankful for?
My list includes:
-
All the love that has poured in, in the wake of my hip surgery. Calls, texts, thoughtful care packages. This has really humbled me and touched my heart.
-
All the enlightening material I’ve found on YouTube, which I’ve linked up on my smart TV through Roku.
-
The realization that all these meditation videos on YouTube can be listened to on our bedroom TV, equipped with a timer. Sleep issues solved!
-
My new treadmill and being able to increase the minutes I spent on it each day.
-
All of this time that I’ve been given to heal. I’ve been able spend time reading, writing, discovering a few things in the self work arena that I want to focus on in 2023.
-
Having spent a decent amount of time writing today and putting into words a few ideas I’ve had rolling around.
-
That my phone still had the capacity to reinstall Instagram. I had removed it for a while.
-
A new January blogging challenge I just learned about from a fellow blogger – Bloganuary! I’m not great at prompts but that’s where I need the practice and I’ll give it a whirl.
-
All of the ready made wordpress.org themes to choose from. My blog is due for an overhaul.
-
That this holiday season is already shaping up to be more pleasant than years past. It’s not an easy time of year for some.
Awh I enjoyed reading your list! It made me happy! I’m
Glad for all the support you are getting in the wake of your hip surgery and all the exploring you are getting to do! This time of year can be tough, and im happy to know that this year is shaping up nicely for you.

There is something to be said for having less pressing demands on one’s time while being in a position to organizing upcoming projects and work and such.
Plus, with the onset of winter, the surfaces of interior spaces and home (aka floors) tends to be less… variable lol
