Hey, thanks for joining me again at the campsite! Love these summer mornings under the awning in a lawn chair. We were so looking forward to this long weekend. The weather is supposed to hold out, also!
June is gone, can you believe it?
If we were having coffee, I’d tell you things, all things, are really actually going very well. Not that things were ever bad, lately, but all aspects of everything are really pretty good lately. Projects are falling into place at work, I just went through some Project Management training that I think will be very helpful, our calendar has been filled with interesting things to do, which feed my photography and my blog. Thanks for coming along on the journey!
So July is here! What do you have planned? We will, along with this Independence Day holiday, be visiting Summit Motorsports Park for the Blue Suede Cruise and….(drumroll)…. Bill’s early birthday gift – he gets 18 laps around MIS in a real race car. I don’t know who is more excited, he or I! We will be right down there with him on pit road, so I am already planning the photos I want to take.
August brings Sturgis, our beloved two week excursion out to the land of our dreams, and then later in the month I was able to score a lakefront campsite on Lake Erie at Sterling State Park! I haven’t camped there since 1984 and I’m really looking forward to seeing how it’s changed. I can’t wait to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.
