Good morning from Sioux City! We are on the last leg of our trip home. I have a few more tales to spin for my Back to the Ranch series. It’s been a good trip. I will say, however, that after a few hotel snafus I am wanting a toy hauler RV more than ever. Just another plot twist in this adventure called life.
How was your last couple weeks? I look forward to visiting your corners of the blogosphere as we whiz past the cornfields on this humid August day.
Hi Kathleen,
If you’re traveling via I-80, we may well have passed each other going the opposite direction.
It was hot and humid and we were so tired of sitting in our little Toyota Highlander for so many hours and days. But, of course, the trip was worth it. Be safe
Yes, today and 7/30. We’re almost to Davenport. Hope you had better hotel luck than we did.
Oh, nice to hear from you! I’ve always wanted to visit Sioux City someday, if only for its intriguing name. Hope your trip back home went smoothly.

Thank you! We had a few snags, but all in all it was a good trip, and thankfully everyone got home safe.
RV toy hauler? I love your dreamcatcher! I want your kitchen.
I love my RV so much, I just wish it were a toy hauler. I do love my kitchen. Really don’t want to do hotels anymore.
Hope you had a great trip. I’ve never been to Iowa.
Thank you! It was a great time. A few bumps, but so thankful that everyone stayed safe.
I hope the last leg of your trip went well! I’ve always been curious about the RV life. I need to rent one someday and try it out.
